Help, my card keeps on being rejected!

We have found that some customers in either the US or UK have experienced issues with paying with their card, with the payment gateway returning a ‘failed’ message. In almost all cases, it has been due to their card provider placing a lock on international transactions. This is generally easily fixed by asking the card provider to lift the lock, either temporarily or permanently, so you can use your card to buy online outside of the US or UK.
